Plus Size Kids Clothes.where to find?

My grandmother raises my 9 yr old little cousin, well my grandma can never find any nice clothes in my cousins size. She’s also reaching that stage where she’s into all the stylish things out there and just cannot wear any of it due to her size. My grandmother cannot really afford to put her into the “in” clothes anyhow so she goes to walmart and thrift stores.
Well my cousins birthday is coming up in Aug and i would like to surprise her with a miniature shopping spree or just show up with a bunch of clothes. I have been putting money back to do this but have no clue where to go.
Are there any nationwide department stores or good websites to find plus size kids clothes at?
There was a comment about getting her weight under control and making her active.
She’s in dance twice a week and does soccer, she’s not HUGE, but she is chunky but very active, so things are being done to help get the weight under control, but she still deserves some nice clothes.
